Diabolical if you miss a delivery, I rearranged to a local shop for the next day, the parcel didn’t turn up, then I was unable to track due to errors even tho I was entering exactly the same Information I’d entered 24 hours earlier! unable to speak to anyone with just the option of retrying to enter a shipment or card number which I’m being told there’s an error against!
Shocking!!!
