I was told that our package would be delivered “ Express“ by Friday 25th .
Now stuck in Boston USA “ waiting for pickup by recipient as requested”. The parcel is going to Maine. Customer service tells me that it’s waiting for the US postal service to pick it up and it won’t be there until the 30th , it is a birthday present for a friend whose birthday is today. After reading other people’s reviews I don’t expect much. DHL Express .....forget it!
