Expensive item ordered from John Lewis. Was concerned as it was due to be delivered by DHL. We had another expensive item that was due to be delivered earlier in the year that was a complete farce. On checking the tracker after saying it had been delivered and signed for..... the signature bore no resemblance... after 4 weeks they finally admitted the parcel was lost (The company we ordered from (Wayfair) were absolutely no help in the whole situation saying it was OUR problem to sort!!
This item, over £600 was due to be delivered a week ago, it has now been lost in the system. John Lewis to their credit have been dealing with this but after numerous calls and wait times with JL we have cancelled our order. We now will not buy goods if the delivery is DHL.
