Been waiting for my parcel, till I see the update in the tracing system "Delivery attempted; recipient, not home" but they didn't even try to contact me. I'm on my child care leave and sitting home almost 24/7. They didn't call, didn't ring the doorbell, but updated that couldn't reach me. How can they do it????!!!
Unfortunately, for some shipments, I cannot choose another company, but if I could, definitely would choose another delivery company. Try to avoid DHL as much as possible.
