Nightmare!! Took a month to receive a shed ordered to QLD, then it was significantly damaged - shredded in a section. Absolutely shocking customer service trying to resolve, refund requested and rather than honouring this they have played games and used delay tactics (sending replacement sheets and offering accessories free as “goodwill” then reneging on that offer) & failed to escalate my complaints.. the list of poor customer experiences are endless & we still don’t have a resolution. I even sent a message via messenger to ask for escalation contacts in Australia and rather than replying, they blocked me from messaging there. Avoid this company if you value quality product and service!
