I am totally frustrated with this company… l paid for and ordered a shed on 27 th Oct here l am …30 th Dec after me calling them 4 times after the 2 week mark…and being told that my shed had been picked up but was still sitting at the depot… Dexter assured me that he would look into it and l never heard back …nothing was being done about it. So today l rang again and again after each of my calls.. same answer ‘it’s still in the depot and we don’t know why’… we’ll look into it….. nothing happens, l recieve no phone call… So again l ring each phone line there is no answer other than check out the website for the answers to your query or send an email!!!! I decide the only way to get through to a person was to make believe l was buying a new big shed… perhaps they will pick up for a new big sale!!!!!! Yes that is how it happened and right now l have been on the for 30 mins while l keep pushing them to investigate why my shed is still in the depot.
