Yep, thought the low reviews was just personal reflection, but I can honestly say, the negative reviews is exactly what I experienced. 5 Weeks to deliver on 5-8 business day turn around.
Sheets not correct size. Rails and extras to be cut to fit. Paid more for a skylight, received one that has to be cut.
I get around the block and am fairly handy, but needed to employ a trade to assist as it was far too complex. I would hate to think how a novice DIY person would assemble this one.
Wasn't as EASY as I thought.
