I ordered a pair of ray ban prescription glasses on 28/2/19 and received confirmation the next day. I’ve tried not to keep pestering them and emailed once and phoned once in that time. First they had to order from Italy and two weeks ago I was told they were in the lab and would be sent out in 3 working days. As others have said, no communication is forthcoming. Today I called and the office is closed and the website is down for maintenance!! Previously bought from Barclay & Hurst on line (excellent service) I regret the day I placed that order. I’m tempted to let the £154 go and order elsewhere but on the other hand...........
