Terrible customer service experience as I bought a pair of glasses and I have been waiting for a month and no sign of delivery. I did contact them after 2 weeks and they said that I should wait at least 14 working days, now I have been waiting for a month and this is their response:
Dear Victor,
Thank you for your email.
We checked the status of the order.
It looks like that the frames have been dispatched, however, they never made it to our office.
This means, that it may have been lost in transit.
This is a very rare thing, but it can happen and it is totally something we cannot control.
We need to order the frames again and it will take around 7-14 working days to be with you.
Please, accept our sincere apologies for the delay and any other inconvenience we may have caused.
