I bought a iphone 16+ and my box was tampered with.
When I opened my phone box there was no phone in the box and I've been waiting for over 5 weeks and now they saying the box wasn't tampered with.
Spoke to the manager send pics in as requested and got nowhere.
The manager lied saying the box wasn't tampered with and I'm left with no phone and £1000 out of pocket.
