For my own sanity, I may just have to right the 73 pounds off and put down to experience, as I can't bear calling and live chats, they all work of a script, and totally useless.
Have asked 4 times to speak to a manager, all they keep saying is they have passed to their dedicated team.
Dedicated in fobbing customers off i think. A very special department.
