My grandmother has personal account with this company. She missed one payment due to her being in hospital and paid as soon as she was out. She made the payment missed and the one ahead. She has since made 3 more on time payments and they are sending her messages saying that her payment is due when she has already paid it, causing her to panic. She is now unable to place orders and the agent was extremely rude to her. Saying that if she had only missed one payment then it wouldn't be stopping her from making from purchases. Advised that this is exactly the case and was advise to "take responsibility" for what she has done. STAY CLEAR. won't freeze the interest so she can pay it off and close her account.
