I bought a defy washing machine from game, when I used it it wouldn’t drain out water, defy sent out a technician who was so rude, when he was done assessing, he confirmed that the machine is defective. I asked for a refund 3 weeks later, the machine still has not been picked up, I still have not received my refund and I keep receiving calls from both Defy and Imtiyaaz from Game promising It’ll be picked up, I sit here and wait and no one shows up.
