Absolute Mickey Mouse store. Purchased a laptop online on 12 May and it was to be delivered within 2-5 working days. Followed up on 23 May when no delivery had come after 7 working days. Was told their warehouse only realised they had no stock on 21 May. Say it will take 3-5 working days to process a refund to my credit card - which takes me past the date (30 May) on which I absolutley have to have my own laptop to do data transfer from a university laptop, since my university job ends that day. Daylight robbery and appalling stock management and customer service!! Don't touch this store with a bargepole - one star is too good for them
