They are based in Netherlands even though they use a .co.uk website. I ordered a set of plants and they had sent me the wrong ones. After weeks of trying to communicate with them finally got through and agreed they would refund me the cost for sending me the wrong plants. I was then sent a fake email stating that the refund was processed to the bank details which I provided to them. It’s been over 1 month and the money hasn’t come and they do not reply to any communication. It’s a scam. So please avoid this website I am thinking of trying to report them to the Netherlands police as well.
