Like many of the other reviewers, the plants arrived in a very poor state - not helped at all by the fact that the DPD driver left them on my doorstep with the box on it's end - no protective packaging - the lavender plants that were described as '2L' were tiny plants in 0.5L pots and were so squashed they clearly aren't going to survive. I also ordered a gardenia - which wasn't cheap - it was out of its (very squashed) pot and damaged. I have made a complaint but have yet to hear from them. Don't waste your money - buy from a reputable supplier or - now they're reopening, your local garden centre.
