STILL waiting for my chair over 4 months on, incredibly frustrating to be told every week by your customer service team as its made to measure they dont know and can't tell me when it will arrive. Account says pending continually. Very frustrating.
I'm in two minds wether to cancel as my patience is most certainly wearing thin.
