Radius bedroom furniture - I purchased a bedframe from Habitat Brighton in July 2022 and was told that the matching bedside cabinets and chest of drawers would be in stock shortly. After numerous visits to the store, emails and calls to customer services the items are still not available. I gave my review on Trust Pilot and this was their response - 'I can see this is showing in stock however it could be that the warehouse that delivers to your area is out of stock at the moment. We're unable to advise on when stock is due back in I'm sorry, the information on our website is a true representation of current stock availability and will refresh with new information as soon as the item is back in stock and available for you to buy so please do keep checking the site.'
This response from Habitat is not satisfactory, 'Out of stock at the moment...' - six months is a very long moment! Customer Serices advised that it is in stock elsewhere in the country but couldn't tell me where. Still no-one can tell me when this will be back in stock in my area (and London and Yorkshire). I think it is wrong to have furniture on display which cannot be supplied. Buying the bedframe was a mistake as I cannot get matching furniture after being told it would be back in stock shortly.
