Customer service experience and lack of assitance was disappointing.
Sort out your 'out of stock' email system as it doesn't work and has led me to leave reviews and speak to your team on 3 occasions including FB chat and telephone. None of which were able to offer an explanation, help or compensation/incentive to shop with you in the future.
