have been a Halifax customer for over 25yrs.
When I visited the Chelmsford branch to open a savings account. The staff refused and asked me to do it online or call Halifax customer service. They were rude, I don't want to open account online and I have trying to call Halifax more than 5 times and lines are busy. Is been a week and haven't managed to sort it. Very disappointed with Halifax.
