Halifax are criminally negligent towards their customers. In my case they randomly changed my surname then regardless of many calls and even a letter sent to them by recorded delivery - didn't change it back again.
It's hard to tell why they are like this. I'd even go so far as to question whether they might be either racist or antisemitic.
