What has happened to Halifax? They have become so incompetent and unhelpful causing me far too much stress recently. They won't help with fraud, there's no customer service, the queues in the branch are ridiculous (probably because they are only open approx 25 hours a week, they do not listen to what you need & have sent me a bank card with the wrong name on despite lengthy time I took to ensure all details were correct on the form I filled out. Time to switch I think
