This company is completely unreachable.
I needed to make a slight change to a reservation for covid reasons and the car rental company was ok with it but I was obligated to cancel the reservation because it was impossible reach them !! They just never answer.
After many days calling and waiting on the line without any answer I finally got an answer by email saying they didn't care and they'd just keep my money.
Too bad 1 star it's the lowest i can give them cause I'd gladly give less.
