We tried to contact them from the airport for pickup. No one answered the phone. They listed their shuttle busses as Yellow in colour between T 1 to T 3 which is a long stretch. They said there was a tower but that was behind so never saw it. There are hundred of vehicles coming and going it is hard to spot a white shuttle bus amongst hundreds. Eventually they came charged us for being late
We’re rude unprofessional. We were truly disgusted with their behaviour. We left without taking a hired car
