Avoid at all costs
Used this site to rent a car in Romania. It is smoke and mirrors with this company. The excess is absolutely a rip off (Eur 2200 for a normal SUV)and even if you buy the extra cover, the voucher doesn't cover what you were told on the front page.
They are crooks! Use at your peril.
