Hi.
İ had a nightmare holiday because of them. I rented a car and paid the amount before I went on holiday. On the pick up day they wanted me to pay surcharge which was over £250 and also other charges. I didn't have enough money on the card. Obviously I offered them cash because I was late to my meeting but they still didn't accept it. That was ridiculous experience.
DON'T USE THEM AT ALL.....
