Purchased a pair of Snickers work trousers from ITS. Having never had Snickers trousers before I ordered the wrong size ( order 2 sizes bigger than you need ). I contacted ITS customer services and the arranged the return of the wrong trousers and for a refund to be issued. After receiving my refund I ordered the right trousers and they were delivered the next working day
