Decent stock to choose from and purchases are hassle free. Delivery ETAs bang on as well, which always helps! Only thing I found lately is that tools prices for the BIG 3 seem to be higher than those of the main competitors in the UK (eg PowertoolWorld, HoweTools, etc), which also seem to have lower spending thresholds for free deliveries. I found myself not completing purchases solely for this reason multiple times unfortunately. Hope this helps the company to review these aspects at some stage. Still one of my go-to suppliers for tools and fixings alike though, decent guys overall!
