I booked a holiday apartment in Zermatt from May 20 to May 25 with the option of free cancellation until May 20. On May 22 I received a mail from interhome that I would need to pick up the key at an office almost a kilometer from the apartment and also bring it back there when I leave. If they would have written this in the description of the apartment I would never have booked it. They are also not willing to give me a full refund if I cancel on May 23 after trying to find a solution through airbnb. Very unfriendly staff. Would never book with them again.
