Joules messed up my order then I spent ages trying to sort it out. At one point I was told the warehouse said something contradictory to what I said suggesting I was lying. They finally sorted it out and to be honest by this point I had already bought replacement presents so wanted to just cancel the order. I was never even given the option. The customer service felt cold and unconcerned. I have had excellent customer service from places like Monsoon and IKEA. I expected better of Joules.
