Poor customer service and excessive delay in providing a refund of money. I ordered a jumper on 02/11/2021 and received it and returned it to Joules on 10/11/2021 because it was faulty. Not a cheap item at £52.00. As of today, 01/12/2021 I am still waiting for my refund despite having emailed their customer service who replied that it could take 10 working days. There does not appear to be a complaints department for Joules, so I am posting my negative review on trust pilot instead....I cannot recommend this company and would urge anyone ordering from them to consider carefully because you might need to wait a considerable time to get your money back. Hopefully someone from Joules might read this and release my money asap..
