A real shame that a company which built a brand on good quality clothing has clearly sacrificed customer service in the chase for profit. I purchased a number of items specifically for a birthday and ordered in good time with the next day delivery to store expectation as displayed on their website, unfortunately 8 days later, despite Joules acknowledging and confirming the order, nothing has arrived, and after speaking to their alleged Customer service agents on 4 occasions, nothing has happened other than "We will be in touch with you" "Management are looking into it" etc etc, obviously nobody contacts me or responds in any way. Very poor customer service, but they pride themselves on a barrage of bland, generic pointless emails telling you nothing of importance and seeking feedback which they clearly do not learn from. Such a shame, but maybe a sign of the times.
