Horrendous service! Avoid at all cost if you have any expectation of actually receiving goods that you have paid for. If you like receiving generic & disinterested emails in response to your very valid complaint then go ahead & waste your money at Joules. Shockingly poor ‘service’ They are unable to deliver items via Collect plus and lead you a merry dance where they say they will email you back, but don’t & they will contact Collectplus, but don’t. The only thing they actually do is take your money. Spend elsewhere! So many better companies have better products, deliver quickly, successfully & often for free!
