I placed an order in November and sent 3 out of 4 items back only to find out that no refund will be given, just a gift card, even though I paid for my order with a credit card. This is practically theft - they are keeping customers’ money and forcing them to spend it with Joules.
Customer service says they are in administration and therefore there is nothing they can do.
Absolutely horrible company.
