Appalling customer service!! They don’t seem to understand delivery issues and say that they don’t have the information on screen. If you send an email, they still don’t understand what is going on!! What on earth has happened to Look Again?? Could it be that their customer services is no longer in this country?? Sort it out Look Again before you lose loyal customers.
