My problem was with a BNPL.
I looked at my online statement and it said I owed 130.35 including BNPL I paid the 59.00 BNPL and it still said I owed 130.35. I then paid 10.00 and balance went to 120.35. went on webchat who insisted I now owe 120.35. I still do not understand why the 59.00 wasn't taken off when it states includes BNPL so fed up just paid it all hope they don't add any more. Will not use again.
