After sales support is none existant. I have been having trouble with my battery on my disc cutter and they want me to return the whole set rather than just the battery. I use this tool daily so cannot afford to lose it especially if it works fine. Why can't I just send the battery back? I spoke to DeWalt and they confirmed this is possible and the retailer being awkward. Not happy at all. I Would recommend shopping elsewhere. All is fine until you have a problem. A company can only be truly judged when you have a problem and how they deal with it. MyToolShed just washed there hands of it.
