“Placed my order then wanted to add to it shortly afterwards so called the sales team. Unfortunately you cannot add to an order once it has been submitted, you will have to place another order online and pay the postage. Found the part elsewhere with the shipping included in the same price. Part did arrive swiftly but will use the other company from now on.”

“Bahco compact pocket scraper with triangular carbide blade: This is a first-class tool for detail scraping that I use in small wooden boat refurbishment. The tool is nicely balanced and works very effectively. The blade has a very slight convex edge, reducing the unwanted digging-in effect (on the other edge), whilst effectively removing accumulated paint from rib and plank corners. The best I've used! Ordering and communication process very efficient, too.”

“The products were well priced and as described, but the delivery was appalling. The package was left behind our dustbin, with no notification it had been delivered or where it was left. I discovered it yesterday in a soaking wet package. Fortunately the items were undamaged. The courier was Royal Mail.”
