“I don’t normally do reviews, good or bad but since you keep sending me annoying emails I will comment that after waiting 10 days after placing my order and no sign of it arriving I called you. The lady I spoke to was very nice and after putting me on hold for a short time confirmed that the item would be dispatched that day. It arrived 3 days later.”
