“I was disappointed that the spare part advertised showed the part with a spring but the one that arrived did not include one, which was one of the reasons that I chose this site to order spares from!”

“Ordered a cordless ts55 on the thursday so I picked and paid extra for a Saturday delivery so I could be in but never got my saw until Monday night . Don't know what happened as struggled to get an answer from my tool shed and DHL Got it now and it's a game changer from the 240v version Great price for the saw but delivery wasn't great”

“Is that ok like tools option but, you need to call them to ask if they have in stock. That is because I ordered 4 tools and arrived just two. The another two I should wait another 4 months and nobody said nothing about.”

“Was thrilled to see that the item l was looking for was in stock so ordered it straight away. Unfortunately for me, in stock did not mean it was available for dispatch. I have had to wait 3 weeks to receive my order. I probably wouldn't order from you again as l feel l was misled. Im happy with my order, but l could have bought it locally with the same time delay but without additional P&P costs.”

“Very pleased with Greenhouse heater, Was told 2-3 days Delivery but took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered and had to chase Twice, Was not updated on Order at anytime”

“Products were as described but please beware of next day delivery option which is not adhered to. I was refunded the difference but only ordered because of the fast delivery. Very disappointed.”

“I found customer service at My Tool Shed OK. But what is interesting is that on reviews.io (where we are now), they get awful reviews, one star. While on Trustpilot they get almost all five star reviews. So which reviewer should we trust? Who reviews the reviewers?”
