The product was delivered on time but didn't work according to the ad; I emailed them to ask how to return it and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond. I won't be buying from them again!

Sent a uncheck return, in which the chain was broken. Was told that had to return whole item for refund as do not offer a replacement. Ordered another and got label to return faulty one, after sending it back I was told they can send a replacement so had to request second item to be cancelled and refunded. Received just a chain, on going emails now to get the bare unit sent out, they have said they’ve received then stated I needed to provide tracking…. Still trying to get a satisfactory response and the item I paid for. It appears that the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

Scratched allot sadly works great but looked like it's been taken through a car wash , life to busy to send back as well works like it should and a great hoover but looks second hand on arrival sadly

Absolutely awful to deal with. Had to return an item they said it would be a week after they had received the goods back. I'm really unhappy. Be sure you order the correct item otherwise don't expect any help from tooled-up

Wish I read the reviews...... Quick enough to take your money but won't answer the phone. What a shoddy way to run a business. Will never buy anything from them again!!!!!! They need -5 stars

Make sure you Don't just go on price people Bought for the first time since the price was decent, should have known better 😬 hopless company and now cancelled my order and went elsewhere which has been lots better to deal with

Gave a star reluctantly broken item no way of contacting them don’t answer the phone no reply to emails buy at your own risk

Ordered a file,it never arrived but still took money ,they dont answer phone or emails ,definitely a rogue trader avoid like plague

I ordered ONE piece of equipment online and when the receipted invoice came on screen I had "apparently" also ordered a £300 compressor. As with your other reviewers contacting MTS is nigh on impossible, and before I could challenge the order the parcels had been despatched, to arrive overnight ,the next day. Eventual email contact was established to no avail, they were insistant that the mistake was mine, their computer system is apparently infallible, and I had to return the unwanted item at my cost (£10). I admit I had browsed the compressor but had also looked at many other items, they did not get sent out and I am adamant that the mistake was not at my end. I shall not lower myself to trade again with this shower nor recommend them to anyone.

Oh dear! Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My order has not arrived, No one will answer the phone and there is no reply to emails.

Wish i had read these reviews first !!!!! Bought a set of tools £800, STS packed up. No response on the phone at all... e-mail response also beyond poor.. shocking. Will not refund if though its within 30 days... will not replace until dewault have looked at it ... reported them to the manufacturer today.. and i will be visiting there shop tomorrow .. I hope they are open !!!!! .. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM

This company or a joke spent nearly 2 grand with them One of the tools was damaged on arrival got in contact with him via email which someone did reply and asked for photos which I sent showing the damage and the tall still in perfect order since then heard nothing , No replies to emails which I’ve sent never get through on the phone surprised you’re allowed to trade

useless people on the phones never answer and company takes payment then tells you they are refunding in ten days, also costs a fortune to call their number, misleading website and should be reported to trading standards

The price was good and the item arrived the next day but there was a problem in that the axe handle appeared to be the wrong size and different to the size given on the label. I emailed Customer Service and sent them a photo with a measure against the handle as proof of what I was saying. I got an email back from them saying they would look into it and check the rest of their stock and follow up with me. I heard nothing. I emailed after a week had passed and got the requested 'Read Receipt' so presumably the email had been seen which asked what was happening and when would I learn something. I got no reply and so left it another week before emailing Customer Service again. Once more I received the requested 'Read Receipt' but have had no reply to the actual email. Customer service and support is appalling and I will not be using the company again and I would advise others to avoid using them as well. This kind of abysmal customer service and quality of service is unacceptable and is only recognised by the companies concerned when they start to lose business and eventually go out of business. I am still unable to use the axe head for which I bought the axe handle just in case I might need to return it. I ordered the axe handle 27 days ago now and have still not had a resolution to the original problem. It would have been quicker and easier if I had bought a complete new axe instead of this handle from My Tool Shed. Never again. Any other readers of this review please take note of what you are likely to encounter if you have to deal with their Customer Service over a problem or query. I don't think they really care once they have made a sale.

Avoid!!!! I placed my web order & paid via PayPal correctly indicating my billing & delivery addresses. For some reason the billing address (my business which is in lock-down) was used. I made Mytoolshed aware of this by ‘phone and email (including an attachment of the PayPal confirmation with the correct address) but they said they could not alter the delivery address. I altered the delivery address, easily, via the DHL tracking site – why Mytoolshed didn’t suggest this I don’t know & I sent them an email saying I had done this – they ignored my email & recalled the parcel! I had to make a second ‘phone call as a further email I sent remained unanswered. I was told that they were not processing returns so they could not find & re-send my order - I would have to order & pay again & wait for the refund – not likely – I will order elsewhere! Even making every allowance for the current situation the service from Mytoolshed has been appalling – emails have not been answered or acted on and the two members of staff I have talked with on the 'phone have been unhelpful & rude.

After sales support is none existant. I have been having trouble with my battery on my disc cutter and they want me to return the whole set rather than just the battery. I use this tool daily so cannot afford to lose it especially if it works fine. Why can't I just send the battery back? I spoke to DeWalt and they confirmed this is possible and the retailer being awkward. Not happy at all. I Would recommend shopping elsewhere. All is fine until you have a problem. A company can only be truly judged when you have a problem and how they deal with it. MyToolShed just washed there hands of it.
