“Ordered 2 bulldog shovels one was correct the other one was the right shovel but the wrong size they sent a micro shovel after days of emails and phone calls they would not exchange it kept insisting I had received the correct product, would not exchange it and refused to have anything more to do with me. Internet cowboys.”

“I had already purchased the Hoselock parts from you and i then ( when too late to cancel ) found exactly the same parts on the Hoselock site at less than half the price you charged me so very dissapointed - obviously with your prices”

“I don’t normally do reviews, good or bad but since you keep sending me annoying emails I will comment that after waiting 10 days after placing my order and no sign of it arriving I called you. The lady I spoke to was very nice and after putting me on hold for a short time confirmed that the item would be dispatched that day. It arrived 3 days later.”

“Still waiting for the parcel to be delivered, 2 x poor attempts to deliver by DHL, 1 x email from yourselves to say the parcel will be delivered today (01/07/26) as a matter of urgency but now as of 8:50pm still no sign of the parcel. Think it is now time I cancelled the order and had refund.”

“I received my Bosch 36v LI cordless battery charger and was very dissatisfied. Upon opening the parcel the charger had a very deep scratch on the front which looked as if somebody had previously tried too force a battery on to it . I don’t think that this item was brand new, it had no instructions or inner protective packaging . Yes , it works but I would never have picked this one had I seen it in the flesh. I contacted customer services and sent pictures but they weren’t bothered and just assured me that it was brand new. I really beg to differ and will not use this company ever again”

“Sent a uncheck return, in which the chain was broken. Was told that had to return whole item for refund as do not offer a replacement. Ordered another and got label to return faulty one, after sending it back I was told they can send a replacement so had to request second item to be cancelled and refunded. Received just a chain, on going emails now to get the bare unit sent out, they have said they’ve received then stated I needed to provide tracking…. Still trying to get a satisfactory response and the item I paid for. It appears that the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.”

“Absolutely awful to deal with. Had to return an item they said it would be a week after they had received the goods back. I'm really unhappy. Be sure you order the correct item otherwise don't expect any help from tooled-up”

“I ordered ONE piece of equipment online and when the receipted invoice came on screen I had "apparently" also ordered a £300 compressor. As with your other reviewers contacting MTS is nigh on impossible, and before I could challenge the order the parcels had been despatched, to arrive overnight ,the next day. Eventual email contact was established to no avail, they were insistant that the mistake was mine, their computer system is apparently infallible, and I had to return the unwanted item at my cost (£10). I admit I had browsed the compressor but had also looked at many other items, they did not get sent out and I am adamant that the mistake was not at my end. I shall not lower myself to trade again with this shower nor recommend them to anyone.”
