“The product was 1st class but I have an issue with the free battery which came as part of the deal. The manufacture date on the battery is 2019, and will only charge to 2 bars not the max of three. I realise if was free but would appreciate a replacement that is fit for purpose. As an OAP I am not very good at uploading photos or videos so no pics attached Please take my word on the matter of the free battery defect. Thank you”

“As usual, the ordering and delivery process was 1st class from MTS. Regarding the product, it’s work bench. It does the job. Lost a star because the instructions for assembly for something relatively simple are completely useless.”

“Initially I was disappointed, in March I ordered an attachment for my extendable hedge trimmer (chainsaw attachment), this would allow me to remove overhanging branches before the went into leaf. My tool shed showed that they had the relevant attachment in stock, I placed the order, only to be informed that the item wouldn't be delivered until 10th May "not good ". Once My shed received the item everything went well , delivery was 5 days before confirmation day 10th May, my frustration was initially they said that the attachment was in stock, surely someone would be checking/auditing stock levels and adjusting their website to show true stock. “The router cutter ordered was delivered a few days later by Royal Mail. Although I have not used it yet as my project is still in progress, it is exactly what I require. It was difficult to obtain the size of Round Over cutter I wanted but in the end MY TOOL SHED solved my problem.”

“My original charging unit had simply refused to work, despite having little usage so I was a bit unsure whether the same thing would happen. I was happily proved wrong and my batteries are now fully charged again. Try Hank you for your prompt service.”

“Why on earth do you ask customers to collect their item from an estate in Enfield and not tell them the company is not called MyToolShed but TOOLED UP. There is nothing on the collection instructions, so your customers wander around the estate, frustrated. CRAZY!”

“Would have been five stars but my order was split into two and delivered in two separate packages which wasn't made clear beforehand, also the Invoice was split into two which made the accounting awkward. Otherwise I was happy with the product quality and price.”
