“The grease nipples supplies were the wrong thread. Tool Shed are unable to supply the correct size and have offered a refund. The goods were returned last week but no sign of a refund.”

“I received my Bosch 36v LI cordless battery charger and was very dissatisfied. Upon opening the parcel the charger had a very deep scratch on the front which looked as if somebody had previously tried too force a battery on to it . I don’t think that this item was brand new, it had no instructions or inner protective packaging . Yes , it works but I would never have picked this one had I seen it in the flesh. I contacted customer services and sent pictures but they weren’t bothered and just assured me that it was brand new. I really beg to differ and will not use this company ever again”
