“I recently searched online for shops where I could buy my second lawn mower for a reasonable price and one that was of a good quality. I found tool shed online and ordered a Bosch lawnmower from them. I called them before I placed the order to ask them some questions. Customer service person was very helpful. The fact that she answered the call almost immediately and took the time to answer my questions proved that this company truly cares about their customers. The delivery and tracking were excellent. My advanced Bosch lawn mower is a dream. I would very highly recommend Tool Shed for both their customer services and excellent delivery. Don’t go anywhere else - I won’t. Thank you so much Tool Shed.”

“Still waiting for the parcel to be delivered, 2 x poor attempts to deliver by DHL, 1 x email from yourselves to say the parcel will be delivered today (01/07/26) as a matter of urgency but now as of 8:50pm still no sign of the parcel. Think it is now time I cancelled the order and had refund.”

“Ordered from my tool shed because hozelock disputed that the trigger switch on my pulsar sprayer did not have a design fault - this is certainly the case as hozelock have changed the trigger totally and they actually had a period when no trigger was available. Ordered and received acknowledgment left for 7 days heard nothing re dispatch. Received reply that the item was out of stock at the suppliers (presumably hozelock) and would be at least another 7 days. My disappointment is that I should have been informed that the item was not in stock when I placed the order.”
