“The Inlay fits in the storage box nice and snug, which keeps the Drill and battery free from transit damage.”

“Excellent approach to customer service when dealing with goods damaged by a third party in transit. The replacement arrived in better packaging and via a different courier service.”

“My product did come but was sent an email after it should have turned up saying it’s been delayed. Waited about 7 weeks in the end. Not good enough”

“Great service. The item wasn't in stock and we were given a delivery date when they expected the item in BUT it arrived well before that. Lots of updates on the progress of the order”

“The carpenter's toolcase with tools, was shipped with no protective packaging around case. Consequently the weight of the tools in the case broke one of the internal partitions. The top surface of the case was covered in a very sticky residue, as if a large label had been removed. This residue was very difficult to remove. The supplier agreed a £10 refund to cover the cost of the repair.”

“Ordered 2 bulldog shovels one was correct the other one was the right shovel but the wrong size they sent a micro shovel after days of emails and phone calls they would not exchange it kept insisting I had received the correct product, would not exchange it and refused to have anything more to do with me. Internet cowboys.”

“Easy to look for the tool I wanted on your web pages. Plenty of references to support my eventual choice. Very pleased with the tool - did a trial pruning on part of my apple tree. I confess that I would not normally spend quite so much for such a saw but I am fed up with cheap copies not living up to my expectations. Very pleased with my purchase. Good speedy delivery too. Thankyou, Brian Ellett.”
