“I waited 16 days for the lawnmover to arrive and when it did the battery was missing which I am still waiting for. I hope that mytoolshed will deliver the battery today and do better with the next order that I have just placed.”

“My items were delivered on time, I was happy with the goods unfortunately one of the four items was faulty but customer care dealt with this very quickly and i received a replacement within 3 days. i would certainly recommend this firm”

“Ordered a cordless ts55 on the thursday so I picked and paid extra for a Saturday delivery so I could be in but never got my saw until Monday night . Don't know what happened as struggled to get an answer from my tool shed and DHL Got it now and it's a game changer from the 240v version Great price for the saw but delivery wasn't great”

“Is that ok like tools option but, you need to call them to ask if they have in stock. That is because I ordered 4 tools and arrived just two. The another two I should wait another 4 months and nobody said nothing about.”
