All these things combined meant our car was broken into. Customer service awful. I was on hold the phone for 40 minutes. The car parks are so expensive I expected some cleanliness and security as a minimum. Why would you use an NCP over another car park?? It offers nothing for the extra cost. Not fit for purpose. Any other item purchased that wasn’t fit for purpose you’d be entitled to a refund.
