I received a parking fine from you for 19th December which was a clear mistake. I thought I was parked in the hotel car park and went straight into the hotel to pay for the parking for the duration of my stay. I did some shopping and on the way back I noticed I was in the wrong carpark. In a panic I moved my car. I contested this fine as the time of me parking my car and the time I paid for my parking at the hotel were within a few minutes (evidence sent to you). You have refused to see the innocence of this and have charged me £60. I am appalled. Who parks in a car park and not pay? I will pay the fine but will never park with NCP again and will be distributing my disgust within the NHS hospitals I work at and the large community where I live. I am so upset you can take advantage of an innocent mistake.

Terrible parking system. On Xmad eve i parked in one of their parking im crawley as usual and the machine wasnt working and had also a chat with with someone faced the same issue and for some reason when i try to pay if felt like the payment gone through but no paper printed and the person i spoke to he said maybe no paper insode the machine. So we left and after i have received my XMas gift from NCP saying i have a ticket. What a joke. Will not park anymore at any NCP parking. Professional Theif's.

NCP Ipswich Tacket street carpark Fabulous service and kindness Excellent staff Vincent so thoughtful and professional. Even carried my heavy bags for me when he saw me struggling!

I used these twice for events in cardiff and both times ended with fines !! Pay machine was broken both times and made it difficult to pay on line. Second time disabled badge slipped off the dash onto the seat. Still visible but another £60 fine. Review needs a minus option.

Came in undamaged, returned to cracked windscreen and even though their cameras showed there was no damage on entry, they denied all responsibility. DO NOT USE THEM

Paid for a weeks glasgow airport car parking 4th of August till 11th of August got to the barrier at 11.57pm 3 mins left to go on 11th because of plane delay and had to pay £50 for barrier to lift , and they won't refund me after loads of complaints , will never use them again and I'm a frequent customer, rogues !!!

The disgusting, vile, contemptuous lowlifes who own this 'business' will not be getting another penny from me, ever. On entrance to one of Leicester's ncp car parks (St Nicholas or something like that), I was having to jump over a group of stinking drug users, blocking the corridor. Everything around stank of old urine. No one there to kick them out or make sure customers paying £4 an hour for the 'privilege' of leaving their car in this hell hole, are safe. After paying, I spent over half an hour in the queue of 5 people trying to get out. When it was my turn, machine demanded payment for another hour, for the privilege of being an NCP prisoner for the last 30 minutes. Barriers not working, and for half an hour, no one to answer the calls or to let us out of the sh*thole. Eventually, someone from another car park rescued us. This company is making millions, if not TENS OF MILLIONS from this single car park pa. Yet, they refuse to provide anything even APPROACHING a service. Not a single person for half an hour to answer the emergency bell! Another regular customer with an annual pass rang some helpline to get someone out to physically open gates. Disgusting. Never again. It you have any shred of self respect or concern for your bodily safety, please do yourself a favour, and park your car someplace else!

I signed up for auto payment of drop off charge for Gatwick airport just so I didn’t forget to pay it and then receive a fine. The next time I drove to my pre paid valet parking at Gatwick North for our holiday parking I received a receipt for £7 for auto payment of the drop off charge! Trying to talk or email a human to get a refund is impossible with NCP. The valet parking isn’t operated by them & there’s obviously no sharing of booking information. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FACT THEIR ADVERTISED CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL IS NO LONGER MONITORED, THEY EMAIL BACK TELLING YOU. BEWARE NCP!

NCP for Gatwick is a complete scam. Tried to pay repeatedly but their system just kept buffering and wouldn't proceed to payment. Called the number twice and they can't help over the phone but advised to wait for the PCN and appeal saying I tried everything to make payment but it was a system issue. Received PCN on 26th June, filed appeal at 20.53 and at 2.41am on the 27th June, a generic letter was sent saying that they had reviewed and it was declined the fine still stood. Legally, appeals need to go through a process and it definitely wasn't carried out in this case. Scam merchants.

Avoid NCP Royal Angus if you value fairness and common sense. I received a parking charge after having to park slightly outside the lines due to another driver parking inconsiderately. This was at 10PM in a completely empty car park. Despite explaining everything and providing evidence, my appeal was rejected with zero justification. No proper explanation, no acknowledgment of context—just a flat dismissal. If you’re hoping for fairness or flexibility, I strongly suggest reconsidering where you park.

I parked in NCP Bournemouth. Machine was problematic and I tried several times before using phone to get help. Got no answer. A lady helped me and the machine finally” pinged “ which I was told meant payment went through. 3 weeks later I receive a fine for £100 for non payment. I checked my bank statement and seems it did t go through . I genuinely believed it had .tried to appeal but they wernt having it! They offered to extend the £60 fast payment but that’s still ridiculous for only 30 minutes parking. I believe this machine has caused others problems too. Will never use their car parks again

PCN at Gatwick airport If you get a PCN from these guys, be sure you Google "Gatwick airport PCN" first, as there is a foolproof way of cancelling your fine - which I discovered after I was honest about it and tried to appeal under some common sense (that was an error!) Stopped to pick up a family member inside an NCP car park at Gatwick Airport, no cars around me, no pedestrians around me. Passenger got in my car, I paid for my parking ticket and left. Two weeks later they fine me £100 for daring to stop the car at all. Apparently passengers are meant to hurl themselves into the vehicle and any stopping of your car is "against the terms and conditions of the car park" because you are "stopping traffic flow". Lord knows how they sleep at night. Oh yeah, they sleep on a bed of your ill gotten money. Disgraceful company. Horrendous customer service.

Inadvertently entered incorrect reg letter when paying for LGW drop off. Received fine which I contested, fine cancelled along with pleasant e apologising for bother.

Terrible experience. Machine did not take cash so had to use my bank card. Payment showed as pending twice but for some reason did not go through (there were sufficient funds). Then got hit with PCN notice so I appealed. Just received another letter saying they haven’t heard from me and the charge has now gone up to £100. Just emailed them again with proof of my appeal but I don’t hold any hope. Very poor customer service and completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Stay clear!
