ZERO STARS App doesn't work properly, zero customer service - no one answers phone and chat facility is useless, even the links it sends you to don't work! Left car park over 19 hours ago and session still open šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø

Just been fined Ā£60 for a two minute over stay. Took longer than 2 minutes to get out of the car park. I thought the legal requirement was a 10 minute grace period. Why would they act illegally? How many times is this happening across the country?

I paid for parking on the app and still got a parking charge (for not paying!) Surely this should be correctly performed as the most basic function of a car park company?

Sent a final notice but didn't send a standard one to pay the reduced rate if that is still existing? Stayed for 16 min. Will avoid any ncp parking.

Avoid these sites like the plague. If there is a way that you can be cheated, they will find it and cheat you. Absolute disgrace. They are no longer a British company. Needs to be taken over by a reputable organisation. Shame on them.

Pre booked and got fined 3 times in the same week at the same car park. Still waiting for a response to my appeals. Unable to speak to anyone at ncp. Absolute cowboy operation

We used NCP BRIGHTON CENTRE car park on SUNDAY 12th SEPTEMBER. We were going to a show that started at 6:30pm. We arrived at the car park at just after 4:30pm allowing ourselves TWO HOURS. We queued. And queued. This was expected as it was Marathon day. Although the Marathon was over hours before. By 5:45 we had managed to get into the car park but NOT park. The hold up was cars trying to exit. The gates were stuck. And no one to help. No Marshallā€™s for the car park on marathon day. It was a total shambles. People who did not know what was going on were tooting & shouting. The air was full of fumes. And we personally aged 75 & 60 both have asthma so not great for us even with windows shut. We were stuck on a ramp waiting patiently to park. We finally got parked at 6:35pm. As I got out of the car I trod in what can only be described as long term grime. Slimy, disgusting, stinking car pollution. The whole car park is absolutely foul. It stinks of urine right throughout. And in places it smells of even worse things. Rubbish everywhere. We even saw a rat outside. Whereas i appreciate its a hell of a job to keep on top of cleaning, it is obvious the whole place has not been properly cleaned for years. Itā€™s a disgusting view of what Britain has to offer. And NPC should be ashamed. Leaving the car park to walk to the seafront, my shoes were so badly soiled from the car park, I decided when i got home to throw them away. My coat too got something disgusting on it from a door. We paid Ā£32 for this experience. THIRTY TWO POUNDS to park our car in a totally shambolic mess. Clearly the parking price indicates you have funds to clean it up & run it a lot better. Disappointed? You bet we are. It ruined our evening. Itā€™s unhygienic, disgusting & totally unnecessary. If you are going to rob people with your prices. At least provide a clean well run place. Be ashamed.

Parked in Cardiff Adam Street car park on Sept 26, paid Ā£8.00 and left before time ran out. Just received penalty charge! is this just a scam carried out by NCP? or are they really this incompetent. How many customers would just pay up if they had lost the ticket.

Adam street Cardiff, time in 13.54 time out 15.20 confirmation Ā£5.50 paid on entry for two hours parking. 10 days later fine of Ā£100 for non payment. Jog on, have all the details to show you are scamming thieves.

Bought a ticket from Adam st Carpark Cardiff,2 weeks later gets a pcn saying I didn't pay.Luckily I kept my receipt.I got the pcn cancelled.What an arrogant company to deal with.Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT USE this company again,Their attitude stinks.

MY FATHER IS 90 YEAR'S OLD, AND JUST BEFORE XMAS I TOOK HIM TO BOOK HIS DAY TRIP, HE 8S REGISTERED DISABLED AND HAS A BLUE BADGE, IM HIS SOLE CARER, SO I DRIVE HIM ABOUT WHEN NEED BE, WE WENT TO A CAR PARK IN NUNEATON AT THE BACK OF FEVER NIGHT CLUB, I WENT IN TO PAY HIS DEPOSIT FOR HIS DAY TRIP AND WAS NO LINGER THEN 15 MINS, HE WAS SAT IN CAR WITH BADGE ON DISPLAY, LITTLE DID I KNOW, THEY CHARGE BLUE BADGE HOLDER, SO A FEW WEEK'S LATER I GET A NOTICE, I SENT THEM A PICTURE OF THE BADGE, THEY REFUSED, NEXT THING I GET IS A LETTER OFF TRACE SAYING PAY Ā£160 ....HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH DOING THIS IS BEYOND ME.. LET ALONE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS SEEM TO LACK EMPATHY, PLEASE PLEASE IF YOUR DISABLED AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAQUE, NEVER EVER WILL I OR MANY OF MY FAMILY/FRIENDS/ASSOCIATIONS USE THEM AGAIN ..NOW MY FATHER HAS PAID THIS EVEN THOUGH WE ARE GOING THROUGH THIS TERRIBLE TIME OF BEING LOCKED DOWN, I HOPE THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY CAN GO TO BE AND SLEEP AT NIGHT, WHILE HE RUBS HIS HANDS TO GAIN MONEY FROM THOSE WHOM ARE MOST VULNERABLE. . Absolutely awful customer service! Genuinely lost a ticket and was parked for around 4 hours. Charged a full days rate of Ā£30 when the car park even states that they use an anpr cctv system for registration recognition so the times could have been checked and we could have been charged the correct amount! WE WILL NEVER USE AN NCP CAR PARK AGAIN.

In March 2018 I stayed at Rumford street NCP carpark in Liverpool . I entered by Rev and put in the required payment for 2 hours (Ā£7.60) but no ticket was produced . I tried to get my money back to try again but to no avail . I assumed that it wasnā€™t a problem as I had entered my reg but I did think it odd. Several weeks later I receive a letter saying that they had a video of meeting entering and leaving g the car park but not registering at the machine and weā€™re fining me Ā£130 . They rejected my appeal. They are now taking me to court, the five having risen to Ā£260 after 18 months ( Iā€™ve still not paid as I wish to fight this in court) . My friend had exactly the same problem with this exact carpark a month earlier!! Their machine was mal functioning ( a common fault I hear). Had ANYONE had this same Problem with rumford st carpark???

NCP operating cameras without planning permission in Crawley, West Sussex. It has been confirmed that NCP who manage Two car parks in Crawley, West Sussex being Cross Keys, and Crawley Boulevard East/West have Cameras installed without planning permission for nearly 1 year. This only came to light a few weeks ago and they have been reported to the ICO. The local MP is now involved. The DVLA, and BPA have been notified. NCP, it would appear are obtaining unauthorised keeper details from the DVLA who apparently knew nothing about this. However NCP whilst being investigated are still obtaining information from the DVLA and the BPA who are based near Horsham, who have confirmed NCP their client have been using these cameras without planning permission. NCP have now put in for retrospective planning permission. It appears that NCP are treading a fine line and fraud maybe something that will need to be investigated. If you are a resident in Crawley, West Sussex and have received an alleged invoice from NCP, advice from the planning authority is that it is not valid. More on this soon.

App is useless. Logged in with correct details and got into endless loop being asked to log in again. Tried to reset to new password but got the same situation. This company seems to despise its customers.

Do not use their pay later function. You need to use a computer to achieve it - so if you canā€™t get to a computer within 24 hours, youā€™re fined. They are doing this to increase the amount they can charge by using fines as additional parking payment.

We are currently trying to appeal our ā€œparking fineā€ from Australia. We parked in the NCP at Gloucester. After driving around the car park for awhile we finally got a park. I went over to the ticket machine which was broken. I went to the other machine which had a big queue. Everyone in line was struggling with the machine and took ages to get a ticket. As I got closer in the queue I realised that you needed your registration number- as we had a hire car I didnā€™t know it. I went back to my husband who was waiting at the car. We decided to leave we didnā€™t want to go back to the end of the queue again. We had been there for 15 minutes. When we returned home we noticed the car hire company had debited our credit card( Ā£60 for fine and Ā£40 care rental admin fee)! We have sent multiple emails to NCP and itā€™s still ā€œunder reviewā€, the online chat never works and when we tried to call we were put on hold forever and it was going to cost a fortune from Australia. So if you read this NCP, we would appreciate a favourable response. Not happy. Fiona Australia.šŸ˜”

NCP trying to open an account has tiny print needs magnifying glass , the password requires non alphanumerical digit but its hidden in the small print but nevertheless accepts it without it then allows you to carry on completing the whole app and then later when you go to use it and log in it says email and password incorrect then when you try to change it and the app says the email confirmation code isnt correct ā€¦ gave up in the end !
