The app won’t go past the how to pay, then the app said I did not exist so as to change my password, I’m not in the system but I can’t register as a customer, even if I delete it and try to use via a different email it still failed on the how to pay page. Tried emailing NCP but no response. Very disappointing, having to use another car parking provider

I am deeply disappointed with the way NCP has handled the penalties related to parking violations on Gatwick Airport's red route. I have accepted my issue and i paid penalty, but because penalty was issued after 28 days which is late enough to repeat violations in case if you don't know , i realized that i stopped 3 more times until penalty arrived , I called NCP and specifically asked the advisor if there were any more penalties pending because i crossed 3 more times. I have explained that i made mistake because i dropped my wife at work and her colleagues suggested me that in place where i stopped is not going to be a problem if will stop for few 3 seconds. The advisor reassured me that there were no other violations on record. Based on this information, I provided the date and time when I had stopped, trusting that there would be no further consequences and they reassured me that i don't have to worry. However, contrary to the advisor's assurance, NCP proceeded to apply additional penalties for the same violations. Looks like adviser applied this penalties in purpose. This contradiction has left me feeling deceived and frustrated, as I had acted in good faith, relying on the advisor's guidance. The combination of contradictory advice, delayed penalty notifications, and strict enforcement has caused me significant financial hardship. It is disheartening to experience such unfair treatment from NCP, particularly after seeking clarification from their advisor and being given incorrect information. My wife is working part time in cleaning and is earning only 30£ in a day, but this guys send me fine of 100£ each I did appeal explaining them my situation but they refused. Looks like i going to pay for all penalties anyway, I'm going to send my money including all my problems and stress, hopefully NCP can deal with them better than me have a good day guys

I use the gym at Worcester cathedral which offers the NCP Parking for free to it customers. I haven’t used the gym for long time now and when I went to the gym today the 10th of may 2023, the barrier wasn’t there and being in auto pilot mode, I drove in without getting a ticket and I didn’t see the sign about ticketing. After the gym I discovered I didn’t get the ticket and reported the issue to the gym attendant on duty. The gym attendant gave me a code to give to the customer service when I call the payment machine. On getting to the payment machine, I met a car park attendant lady whom I narrated the issue to and all of a sudden she told me I must pay the fees for not picking a ticket because there is no proof of me going to the gym. I told her I have a code which has been given to me by the gym attendant and if she wants to confirm further I can ask the gym attendant to confirm himself, she started using the F word at me and calling me a d**k head she also started calling me a F**king liar, I warned her not to use those words on me cause if I use such words in return to her she wouldn’t like it. I tried respecting her as a lady but she doesn’t seem to care and she kept on using such languages. I called the customer service on the machine and she wouldn’t even let me speak to them and they hung up. I had to redial the number again and a gentleman attended to me and resolved the issue. This attitude by this car park attendant lady appears to be very rude and a form of bullying as she came to my face in my car shouting on me without even trying to understand the difficulty. I am not happy with the way I was treated in any way.

Please see the star as 5 minus stars. I and others who offered to help me to try to obtain a parking ticket at a pay station which was working correctly. Having given up I took my car to another car park. 20 days later a receive a letter with a £100 fine for the short time my car was in their car park and unable to pay for a ticket for the time I wished to park there for. not happy - Roger of Gloucester

Just paid bw legal £340 for 2 airport drop offs at Gatwick so BEWARE this is how it works I am on Autopay at Gatwick run by NCP thier system works about 95% of the time However when they miss a drop off they send a PCN this can be 3 to 4 months after the event. So you appeal and win but still have to log on and pay the £5 charge if you forget then its staight to the Debt collectors who by the way are lovely people. So ends up £170 70 for the Debt collectors and £100 for the good old NCP Not bad eh when its 100% their fault their kit dosent work Truly Discusting

I was sent a PCN dated 15/02/2023 for Church Street Kings Lynn car park. I visited my dentist close by on 27th February 2023. Having paid by my Master card and a receipt from the pay and display machine all evidence was to hand so, today 33 days of concern later I'm now vindicated. I suggest NCP spend more time/money getting their pay machines working efficiently. Thankfully as a 73 year old my faculties are still very much on the ball, many others may not be.

I paid for parking on the app and still got a parking charge (for not paying!) Surely this should be correctly performed as the most basic function of a car park company?

We arrived 4 minutes earlier than our arrival time as traffic wasn't bad, and they have hit us with a 60 quid fine. We even left 10 minutes early.

The issue with double charge occured 6th of Dec 2022. Customer service took their sweet time to resolve an issue (over 2 months!!!) They tried to scam me and confirmed the refund on 27th of Jan, no money was refund. Had to write another mail (think 10th) to chase them. So they actually refunded me on 10th of Feb. AVOID IT! Customer service is beyond low quality too.

Three times NCP has sent me incorrect PCNs after paying on their app and therefore have good proof of payment. Be wary of using NCP app.

The issue was that they issue tickets for access to deliver and work at premises that are only accessible through their parking gate . BUT THEY DO NOT OWN/have control of all parking spots beyond the gate. They must be aware of this and yet - they apply invoices to vehicles without any proof of where they actually parked. The charge rate of invoice is £50 per hour .

I would have just taken a ticket and paid it had been an option at King Street carpark Glasgow but that would have been far to easy and convenient. Instead there were a few poorly lit sign in tiny letters spaced out over a massive car park. I got out of my car and stood in the dark and rain peering at the sign. I put in the phone number to pay but was then in a realllllly slow call. If you've ever stood for 10 mins in the rain trying to type out numbers and getting cut off or mistyping a number and getting cut off you'll understand why I gave up and decided I'd use the pay later option. I promptly forgot all about it which of course is what NCP are banking on. They eventually sent me out a letter which I lost. Ok that was my fault. I admit it. I looked up the website and that's not an option on there help page. I looked for a number to call. Nothing.on.the website. I did a Google, found a number which was wrong but there was a message with the correct number. I shouldn't have bothered no one answered the call. A half hour in and no further forward. I'd heard mention of a Chat facility. I'm an IT consultant so how hard could that be to find. Almost impossible, hidden under an obscure symbol. I filled in my REG number and was asked for my address and email (why)......asked what I wanted, explained myself, transfered to a human, asked.again for my address and my REG, explained again I wanted to make a payment and needed there number on there letter despite giving the REG number which really is the only number anyone needs. They refused to take payment.....they gave me the PCN number and I had to go through a Web link. The Web link refused the PCN number outright. The went back to the automated phone payment method. For.that you need.to type in the unnecessary PCN number, which you can't copy and paste and after 3 tries and almost an hour after I started finally made the payment. Needless to say I'll never use NCP again. They don't care a dime about there customers. It's just extract as much out of the suckers for as little as possible spend. The only people I pity more than the motorist is.any mug that would work for them. You only got 1 star as no stars wasn't an option.

Absolute con. Have been paying on the machine in Shenfield Station, never gives a receipt but says 'payment successful'. Did not check my bank, why would I (although I do now and screen shot). I started receiving tickets in November going back to August. Appealed them due to length of time and NCP stated 'they can do what they want!'. Done an online chat on 12th Dec and told there were only 4 PCNs. I have now received about 20 predating this chat and when I checked none of the payments have come out of my bank. I now screen shot the payment or pay online (which does seem to work). Have appealed and they have refused the appeals and I reckon by the time this has finished I will have over £3,000 in fines. NCP wont check the machine and wont help. I cannot afford to pay these fines and in good faith I thought I had paid. You cannot take to ombudsman as if you do this to POPLA you have to either risk a £100 fine and if you have already paid you cannot appeal. One of the fines was for a partial payment, which you cannot even do as it tells you what to pay! So disgusted

If you are looking for the most rubbish carpark and customer service, you have to go with ncp. Messing up the prices at free will, customer service not able to speak, read or solve any issues this ncp provide. Too expensive to be worth it, too bad to be worth it.

Bloomsbury Square NCP is advertised as secure and manned. It is neither of these. My car along with several others had been broken into, nobody on site to discuss this with so I called the national number as I was coming to the end of my prepaid time. I was told very bluntly to get my car out or pay extra, will never use this company again.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with! They charged my account £152 instead of £8 parking, and despite ringing over 15 times, emailing and filling in forms on their website, they still haven’t returned the money they have stolen from me! 3 advisors have lied saying the money will be in my account this week….. no surprise that it is not! Absolute shambles! Do not use!
