Excellent customer service at NCP Covent Garden. Thank you NIght manager on Monday this week for profesional and friendly assistance in finding the car park, and for disability assistance on site. Oonline advanced booking was smooth and fast. Good value at 3 nights in the centre of London for £75 in high summer. Excellent, easy to contact, 24 hour telephone and online assistance. The kind of service from booking to leaving you always wish for, but is so rare to find. Thank you to all invovled in assisting me. I will always recommend you.

Following receipt of two PCN’s, followed by two debt recovery letters relating to a non payment of parking charges it was discovered that I had inadvertently paid to park on a different NCP car park - a few hundred metres from where I was parked ( actually on an NCP car park). My mistake had occurred after I had downloaded the NCP Parking App and my location incorrectly recorded by the App’s GPS. Phone calls to the debt agencies were pretty unproductive however when I resumed communications with NCP, and informed them that I had identified the ‘problem’ the matter was efficiently dealt with and the PCN ‘filed... no further action’ During the initial period (following receipt of PCN/debt collection letters) I wrote a single star review which I have now withdrawn. I am pleased to submit this revised review to clarify matters. Once the ‘problem’ had been identified it was ‘sorted’ by the NCP staff within 24hrs. Thank you.

At a weekend in Birmingham city centre car parking at Londonderry House, Dalton Street B4 7LX is £5 a day - brilliant. I booked online and got sent a QR code to use from my smart phone. I chose this car park as it was cheap and only 10 minutes walk to the Town Hall, Victoria Square. Upon arrival, with the pressure of a car behind me also entering the car park, I couldn't immediately see the scanner for the QR code, so I took a ticket and entered, found a space and came back down to locate a helpful assistant, Adam Morgan was extremely patient and helpful with me, showing me exactly where the scanner was on the machine so that on my exit I would scan the QR code and the barrier would lift, and just in case, he showed me where the assistant button was. Feeling relieved I asked for directions to Victoria Square, at first he sent me in one direction and then chased after me to correct himself, and it was really easy. Thank you for being so helpful.

25 of October i went southside 02 car park there are some issues on entry. one of they staff call sasi he's really helpful and nice smile face. he's so kind show me the nearest car park for me. He's made my day.

I would like to commend NCP for placing an attendant on site permanently during the daytime at Piccadilly Plaza in Manchester. He has made a huge difference to the problem of habitual rough sleepers and drug users in the car park. He has been able to keep the car park clear this last 4 weeks, however he is now being asked to man more than 1 car park at a time, which means the problems could become worse again. Surely this practice of a permanent attendant works. He gets to know the regular users of the car park and is on hand for any ticketing problems, keeping everything running smoothly as well as keeping undesirables out.

I am so pleased I didn't read the reviews on here before I pre-booked a space at Garrard Street Reading recently as I certainly wouldn't have booked. I did have a problem when entering the car park as the machine didn't recognise the QR code so I took a ticket, parked up and phoned the customer service. I was advised to press the 'L' button at the barrier on exiting and the barrier would be lifted once I had spoken to an advisor. I did this and everything was fine. I would use the pre booking service again.

Three times NCP has sent me incorrect PCNs after paying on their app and therefore have good proof of payment. Be wary of using NCP app.

Parking Pass card account. Doesn't have Vat receipts on the online account, so if you forget to get a receipt at the exit you won't be able to reclaim your business expenses. Ringo and all the other parking apps do this as standard. Whoever organised the NCP Parking Pass messed up big time considering that probably 70%+ of their users are business users

I expected much better from NCP! Think twice before using carpark 7 @ Birmingham airport... Booked a spot at Birmingham airport car park 7 @ short notice - it cost a fortune! Turned up and as my car was being checked, we joked about how I'd just collected the car, how clean it was and I'd be surprised if he found any faults etc. - well, the joke was on me!!! Not only was it not clear when booking that I'd have to leave my keys and they would park it "somewhere", but there was no where to shelter from the rain, the car park is a bit of waste land just big enough for dropping off and picking up your car. Bus to collect us didn't take max of 20 minutes, it was more like 30 minutes. On my return, the keys were given to me - I had to go hunting for my car in the dark - oh, did I forgot to mention the lighting is rubbish? So good luck giving your car the once-over - you'll be hard pushed to find your car in the darkness! Anyhow, when I finally found my car (in the "Travelodge Staff Only" area!), I could just about see the go faster mud stripes up the side of my doors like it had been driven at speed through a muddy field. It wasn't 'til I got home I noticed the mud splashes all over the car and both passenger side wheels had mud half way up them like the car had been parked on a muddy grass verge. Not impressed at all with NCP's handling of me or my car - never again car park 7!!!

Parked at St.johns hill Edinburgh mid afternoon, returned to my car a few hours later to find blood smeared along the walls for meters and drips of blood all over the floor. I was terrified at which looked like a scene from a horror movie. Did not feel a very safe or secure environment.

Car broken into in the secure car park. London Bloomsbury park !!! Ncp were no help at all after the horrific incident. Shame on you NCP , you should not be able to trade. At least warn everyone to leave nothing in the cars. Cars had notes on saying nothing in car . How do you sleep at night ????? It will take a long time to recover from this nightmare.

Used the car park but payment App didn’t work and online wouldn’t accept payment. Drove home & tried again, same result. Family routine kicked in and payment was forgotten. Fine notice arrived 3 months later. 3 months!! NCP ignored explanation. 2 acquaintances advised they had same issue, appealed, appeal not upheld & fine went up to £120. NCP are @@##!! So I won’t be using them again.

I used Autopay in the NCP App which had my correct payment details. I was shocked to receive a fine because the autopsy system itself was not working which I was not aware of. Perhaps if NCP put the same effort into notifying customers about their problems rather than fining them it would not be an issue. Following an appeal, the fee was reduced to £20. But this was all so unnecessary. Suggest NCP go back to the previous barrier system and take payment at a machine or the barrier. It was so much easier than this.

Its a shame you cant leave a zero star review! Whilst parked at Birmingham Airport Car Park 4 my front grill and Camera were stolen off my car, car was parked under a light and a CCTV camera nearby. After complaining 4 times I eventually get a reply 'Car Parked at Owners Risk', well Sherlock we all know that but to say CCTV was checked I do not believe something must have been seen and to also state the car park is well controlled is a Joke. I strongly recommend you avoid parking here or any other NCP to be honest, now £878.99 out of pocket! Thank NCP.

Shrewsbury, machine spat out ticket into pool of water. It's emerged the machine didn't even take any money, so I have received a "fine" of £100.

NCP is terrible - avoid like the plague. First time driving in UK (holidaying from Australia) and I was fined GBP100 for accidently entering their carpark and leaving 12 minutes later as soon as I realised my hotel's carpark was the next one down the road. Thanks for the memories scumbags.

Total nightmare. Trying to contact. Had to park at a station cause i ran out of petrol in an unfamiliar town. I have been trying to chat, find a phone number etc. So frustrating. No machine at the station. These companies are totally immoral and just want money.
