The issue was that they issue tickets for access to deliver and work at premises that are only accessible through their parking gate . BUT THEY DO NOT OWN/have control of all parking spots beyond the gate.
They must be aware of this and yet - they apply invoices to vehicles without any proof of where they actually parked. The charge rate of invoice is £50 per hour .
