I signed up for auto payment of drop off charge for Gatwick airport just so I didn’t forget to pay it and then receive a fine. The next time I drove to my pre paid valet parking at Gatwick North for our holiday parking I received a receipt for £7 for auto payment of the drop off charge! Trying to talk or email a human to get a refund is impossible with NCP. The valet parking isn’t operated by them & there’s obviously no sharing of booking information. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FACT THEIR ADVERTISED CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL IS NO LONGER MONITORED, THEY EMAIL BACK TELLING YOU. BEWARE NCP!
