My husband has just received a fine for £60 for waiting in an area at Chelmsford Railway station for 7 minutes to pick me up from a train. That's ove £8 an hour. He has picked me up from there in the past without being fined abs the sign they said was clearly displayed he did not see as he didn't get out of the car. Skinflints!!
